Documents locker

Track pilot credentials and aircraft documents with expiry reminders. A reminder tool, not a compliance check.

The documents locker tracks two separate things: credentials that belong to you as a pilot, and documents that belong to a particular aircraft. Enter what you hold and when it expires, and it tells you what is lapsing next.

What it is not

It is a reminder tool. It does not decide which documents your operation requires, and a full list here does not mean a legal flight. Requirements vary by operation, by aircraft, and by the certificate you are exercising. Check the current regulations for what applies to you.

Medical eligibility

There are several routes to medical eligibility and they run different clocks, so they are tracked separately rather than as one 'medical' entry. BasicMed in particular has two independent dates — the physical exam and the online course — which are easy to conflate. Track the route you actually use.

On board is not the same as having one

Several aircraft documents have to physically be in the aircraft. A current document sitting on your desk at home is not, so each aircraft document has a separate 'in the aircraft' tick alongside its expiry.

Blank dates

If you leave an expiry blank, that document shows as 'not tracked' — never as current. We will not show you a green tick for a date you have not given us.
